Tacky mats and Rollers
Tacky mats (also called sticky mats) should be placed at the entrance to controlled or critical areas to effectively remove contaminants from the bottom of shoes and equipment wheels.
Each tacky mat / sticky mat consists of 30 numbered adhesive layers with the bottom layer have adhesive on the underside to stick to the floor. When one layer of the tacky mat / sticky mat has collected a significant amount of dirt it is simply peeled off to reveal a new clean layer.
Sticky rollers are used to remove fine particles and fibres from various surfaces. Sticky rollers offer a quick solution to removing unwanted contamination. Sticky rollers can be used on walls, glass/plastic screen, circuit-boards, etc...
